A senior opportunity currently exists to join a leading Pan European Service Provider as a Director of Hosting Engineering. Based in Prague, the role will be responsible for managing a team of engineers split across 2 different locations, responsible for the design and development of hosting products, design and development of infrastructure solutions and the design and development of new customer solutions.As a technology leader, this individual should have the vision and innovation and support to the engineering team, provide technical and operational oversight across all layers of the Systems Stack, in order to develop and maintain a world class clear in the enterprise market. Combined with strategic experience in driving and leading comprehensive plans in hosting engineering, you will need to be able to drive clear, fast and accurate communications, creating a culture that fosters learning and development excellence.The successful candidate will have a number of years' experience working in a hosting provider or similar environment, with a demonstrable background working internationally.
