Cisco voice Pre sales consultant to Provide senior level billable consulting services for Cisco Unified Communications solutions in the areas of planning, design and implementation. Technology expertise:
Five to seven years of experience in delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, rollout and support experience with converged systems.CCVP or CCIE Voice certification preferred and/or MCSE 2003 certification - +M, +S or MCSE 2000 certification.In depth experience with the Cisco unified communications portfolio (CUCM 8.X, Unity Connection, Session Manager, etc)Experience and certifications for Cisco Telepresence or Wireless networking technologies (802.11 a/b/g/n) is a plus.Experience with router configuration, QOS, knowledge of voice mail, unified messaging, ACD and IVR systemsExperience with Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft core infrastructure technologiesKnowledge of the following Microsoft technologies: OCS 2007, Live Communication Server and Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003 and 2007 with Unified Messaging is a plusHigh-end experience in PBX and/or Call Center systems engineering experience is a plusSkills/Experience/Qualifications:
5+ years experience with a consulting organization focused on FT 500 organizationPosses a consultancy approach (ideally with training from a big 5 consultancy or Verizon , ATT , C&W etc ) with a both a business and technical focus. Able to bring commercial and technical issues to a optimal business solution for large client requirementsAble and willing to travel frequently within UK southExcellent Inter-personnel and communication skills, including high level presentation skills to board level executivesExperience leading virtual teams of presales, consulting and project management within a matrix and geographically spread environment5+ years experience bringing in business and/or technical consulting revenue based on a personal revenue achievement target within a Professional Services context5-10 years experience in a network design role within the Network Integration, Outsourcing, Telecommunications services, or IT Consulting industry.Excellent interpersonal skills and good Business and administration skills.Individual should be a Team leader and have development skills. Ability to work remotely from the rest of the team while purporting with and working in a team framework. Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills. Effective time management skills.Excellent Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.Able to work in a matrixed management environment on a number of different projects.Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs.
