A high impact leisure focused group are now keen to recruit a new Network and Infrastructure Manager. Reporting to the Head of Operations this role will manage the day to day activities within the Network and Infrastructure team. You will provide clear strategic direction and support to ensure the companies data, infrastructure and corporate MPLS network is stable, reliable, secure and accessible. You will ensure the reliability and performance meets and exceeds current agreed SLAs for the UK wide business. You will be expected to take full ownership of all network, infrastructure and security IT issues communicating at every level to ensure all areas of the IT team are aware of any issues and agreed solutions. To be considered for this role candidates will be well educated and have a proven track record as a Network / Infrastructure Manager. A track record working across retail, leisure or the hospitality sector would be advantageous although all sector backgrounds will be considered. You will have experience of ITIL aswell as service management skills. You will have strong windows skills including active directory design aswell as knowledge of Cisco or similar network design experience. Firewall and security design experience will be required. Experience of data centre management and third party vendor management will also be required. MCSE qualifications would be looked upon favourably. Above all you'll be an excellent communicator, with excellent team building skills and the passion to deliver the very best service to the business.
