Opportunites exist for Customer Project Managers with experience in Software Integration and/or Core Networks. Experience within a managed services environment is essential with mobile telecoms experience definite advantage. Project Managers need to have experience of managing internal Design, Development, Test, Deployment and Operational team with significant exposure to end customers that requires good stakeholder management skills.Experience:Key attributes:* Proven track record of leading the end-to-end delivery of projects within a telecommunications or systems integration environment. This will ideally include experience of outsourced development using both on-shore and off-shore models, and the inclusion of third-parties and customers within the project team* Proficient in the use of project management tools, experience of project planning and control techniques and project risk management* Exceptional personal initiative, leadership, motivational and organizational skills, as well as well-developed planning, communication and commercial skills* Effective stakeholder and relationship management skills in customer facing environments. Can demonstrate organizational awareness and knowledge of how to build successful cross-functional teams. Understands the importance of both internal and customer stakeholders, identifying influencers and decision makers* Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably accompanied by a project management qualification (Foundation Certificate in PRINCE, Project Management Professional, Member of the Association of Project Managers, Certificate in Project Management, etc)
