Prestigious opportunity with a Worldwide Communications Leader for an experienced Client Technical Lead (Network Architect) The main purpose of the Client Technical Lead is to provide a single technical point of contact and ownership for all contracted network, security and voice services to specific X customers. Working closely with the relevant technical specialists within the virtual team environment, the role is to ensure that the service provided to one (or more) customers meets the service targets, quality standards and customer requirements whilst building a strong working relationship with the various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will acquire a detailed understanding of the customer's technologies and infrastructure and to be the recognised technical expert for the customer. You will provide leadership for service incidents, changes, problems and projects. Successful candidates must posses a CCIE certificate or relevant technical ability and experience. excellent knowledge of the IT infrastructure environment. You will demonstrate an understanding of the concepts of managing and delivering successful projects. You must have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, good presentation skills.
