Payments Product Manager required for our leading global Payments client in London. The Product Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of our client's Product Development roadmap. This will involve gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements. The role will involve working very closely with all other areas of the business, especially R&D, Sales and Marketing, ensuring that as a business they continue to innovate and differentiate themselves from the competition. Key responsibilities include:* Input into the Product roadmap to meet medium and long-term requirements in terms of product direction, marketing, customer service and revenue growth* To be a 'Product owner' of multiple client products.* Work closely with R&D to ensure delivery against the Requirement Documents, including where necessary project management to ensure commercial deadlines are met* Development of a thorough understanding of customer and partner needs, key market dynamics, the competitive environment and technology trends* Management of external relationships with our Banking Partners, schemes and 3rd party suppliers relating to initiatives and changes that will/could impact our roadmap* Determining commercial positioning of new products and services - identifying and managing the P&L.* Manage the product 'wish list' and feed this into the product development process and plans* Support the business case preparation through the identification of key project tasks, deliverables and forecasts for expenditure and revenue opportunity in conjunction with Commercial Development* Travelling to Newcastle and EuropeExperience required for the role:* At least 3 years experience in the payments industry* Professional Qualification in specialist area or experienced and fully competent in Product Management domain* Experience of working for or working closely with acquiring banks and/or payment schemes* Proven expertise in at least one of the following areas: - Online / European / Mobile / Wallet / DCC payments / Fraud solutions.* Experience in retail payment solutions.If you think you have the experience required for this position, please apply ASAP.
