Connect has a new requirement for high skilled engineer to join our clients’ project in the Ile de France area of France. It is a promisingly long project giving you a chance to work with the newest technology.
 
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months renewable
Rate: Negotiable
 
Technical environment:
Integration of equipment (BSC Evo8100, RBS6000, SIU)
Support (type TAC)
Troubleshooting, knowledge AXE platform, features Knowledge of 2G,
Description of services:
• Establish specifications for integration; Define templates for customer integration • Participate in discussions on integration procedures • Integrating the various elements of the solution, then in the Client environment; • Set up tools and test systems as necessary; • Implementation of the model Client • Management of anomalies (Customer Service Request, CSR) customers, investigation and qualification of problems • Implementation of technical solutions or preventive maintenance • Updated Technical Instructions dedicated operators • Writing procedures for implementation, • Planning, implementation and monitoring of implementations • Assistance to the client's operating teams and interface with centers of expertise of Ericsson • Support for projects and technical assistance if required on technical projects • Participation in technical meetings (internal customers)
Deliverables: • specifications for integrating • Responses to CSR • Technical Instruction updates • Procedures for implementation
