Helpdesk Support Engineer required for our Managed Services client in Central London. Candidates must have an interest in IT, with ambitions to work within the Video Conferencing Arena. Experience within a support role, 1st or 2nd line will be of benefit, as the position will entail resolving issues through telephone and remote access. The successful candidate will receive a range of training to complete the role. Candidates must also be able to work the following shift pattern: USA 3pm to Midnight, APAC Midnight to 9pm and Weekend Shift from Thursday to Monday Due to the nature of the role, and the security clearance required, candidates must hold an American passport.
