2nd Line Video Conferencing Support Engineer required for our Managed Services client based in London. Candidates for this opportunity will be monitoring the customer networks and assist in the launching of live operative assist calls, and provide 2nd line support in a video conferencing environment. The key duties of this position is to:· To resolve 2nd line faults by means of telephone, remote access.· To liaise with ISP/customers on persistent ADSL/SDSL problems.· To carry out software upgrades remotely.· To give technical support to 1st line helpdesk staff.· Demonstration kit testing.· Maintenance of internal CBC equipment.· Maintenance of TMS registrations.· Logging and coordinating RMA's.· To provide detailed reports for any ongoing faults to 3rd line support.· To build positive relationships with customers, demonstrating ownership of customer problems and issues, and to follow through solutions.· Maintain all mvision documentation.· Ensure knowledge and skill sets are maintained.· To work within company policies and procedures.· Proactively work to achieve personal and company objectives.· To carry out any other duties required by management.Candidates for this position must have:· Good customer services and interpersonal skills· Time management· Basic networking knowledge· Good video infrastructure knowledge· Tandberg accreditations TCAP/TCEPCandidates must also be able to work the following shift pattern:· USA 3pm to Midnight, APAC Midnight to 9pm and Weekend Shift from Thursday to MondayIf you feel like you have the right skills for this opportunity, please apply as soon as possible.
