Tier 2 Avaya Engineer required for our Midlands based telecommunications client. Candidates for this position will be providing 2nd line support on a 24 x 7 rota supporting a variety of clients, utilising their experience in a PABX / Call Centre/ Mobile environment.Candidates will require knowledge and expertise on:· Nortel CS1000, rel. 4-7.5 (Installation, Maintenance / Commissioning and Database Admin)· Nortel CC6 & 7x (CCMS/CCMA/CCT)· Nortel Contact Recorder and Nortel Quality Monitoring· Nortel Meridian· Nortel BCM Succession · Nortel Call Pilot· Nortel OTM· Nortel TM3-4 & Symposium full and express· Nortel Option 11/51/61/81It will be desirable to have experience in an ITIL environment and will preferably be qualified.If you feel like you have the relevant experience, please apply ASAP.
