They are looking for a Commercial Services Consultant
The successful candidate will be reporting into the Head of Global Marketing & Commercial Director
It is envisaged that you will have experience in some or all of the following:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience/success.  Preferably in the life sciences, immunology background. 
Knowledge of life science Antibody /services market through working within it.
Ability to handle mid to long term sales cycles
Life Science or Immunology Degree
Organised and able to work on own initiative as well as being a team player
Ideally be from a commercial pharmaceutical or biopharma background
Will live within a 1.5hr drive of Oxford. Ideally the candidate will be in easy reach of London / Oxford since these are the core areas of activity.
The following is a brief overview of the role, a full client profile and job description will be forwarded to short listed candidates but in brief you will:-
Proactively search for new accounts that might benefit from our clients products or services to maximize sales in the designated territory.
To attend meetings with key decision makers and influencers in commercial accounts and selected key academic institutions will be required.
To utilise core selling skills to provide effective solutions to customers’ needs.
Build effective relationships through regular contact to understand, anticipate and meet their future needs.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers with a view to growing long-term and effective business relationships with customers.
Deliver or facilitate presentations and utilise colleagues as appropriate to demonstrate how the  products or services meet customers’ needs.
Calculate and present quotations within timelines agreed with Business Development Manager; including plans for follow up.
Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
Attendance at trade shows, conferences and other marketing events as required.The main objective of the successful candidate is to represent our client in the South of England, managing their existing clients and developing new opportunities.
