Core Crew Maintenance Technician Aberdeen / Offshore£45,000 - £56,000The BackgroundThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to work for a global leading energy service business. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be accountable for carrying out maintenance activities on the rig and provide support to the Offshore Supervisor. The RoleAs a Maintenance Technician you'll execute all maintenance activities, ensuring permits, tools, materials, equipment, work site preparation, and all supporting documentation are in place. You'll carry out planned and unplanned maintenance activities and you'll prepare technical reports as required. Additionally you'll demonstrate a flexible approach to overall team performance and delivery, by co-ordinating vendor / subcontractor activities, shutdown preparations etc. You'll also provide technical support to platform team members where required and will promote health and safety responsibilities. YouIdeally you'll have previous experience of Maintenance Technician work offshore. You'll hold a core trade qualification and an equivalent qualification such as a level 3 NVQ, a BTEC National or an ONC. You'll also hold a COMPEX qualification (01, 02, 03, 04).
